Tiptoes (2002)

Tiptoes (2002) is a drama/comedy about a man (Matthew McConaughey) who hides the fact that his entire family, including his twin brother (Gary Oldman), are little people from his pregnant girlfriend (Kate Beckinsale)

This is a movie that I have seen twice. I thought I maybe hallucinated it the first time I watched it, so I had to watch it again. As it turns out, it was not a hallucination. Gary Oldman is literally walking on his knees the entire movie.
